IceTrojan Posted January 24, 2006 Report Share Posted January 24, 2006 I successfully booked a 3* for 1 night (1/26/06) with the listed amenities:Restaurant; Pool; Fitness Center; High-Speed InternetEnded up $52 + tax/fees = $65.80. Cheapest rate on the Doubletree website was $149/night.Submitted my Paypal payment, and up comes the Doubletree - Gateway Village. I'm a huge fan of the Doubletree, so pretty stoked. FWIW, I tried PL, and final rejected bid was $50 for a 3*, after 5 rebids starting at $43. I stopped because due to different fees, the Hotwire and PL prices equalized at that point.First time posting, so please let me know if I'm missing anything! Thank you! Link to comment
