Priceline Hotel: Need Help Identifying 5* Hotel in Vegas (North Strip)

Hello

 

Could you help identify 5* hotel in Las Vegas, (North Strip) on Priceline Express for dates 1/24-1/27 for $140/night

according to hotel list on the better bidding, it seems like Encore at Wynn(Because of resort fee). but the Mirage also has $32.48 resort fee.

Is there any chance of the 4* hotel Mirage to be classified as 5* hotel?

Please help me.
