Best guess for the Strip North property would be the Sls Las Vegas Hotel and Casino... for the Strip South property my guess would be The Luxor.

In the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW i'm also seeing a 4* Strip North property for $97/nite with:

With the taxes and fees, the $97/night option is more than what TI offered me to book directly.

I am going to keep searching for another hotel.  Maybe I will skip Las Vegas this time around!

Remember that HOTWIRE's 'final number' includes an additional line for any resort fees (which TI does charge) so make sure the rate you're comparing it to also includes the resort fee.
