I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

I went ahead and booked this deal through the Hotwire link and the hotel turned out to be Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix Airport.  Total with tax and fees for the one night stay is $72.92.
