Started my research using the betterbidding.com and used the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the websites. This hotel was on the top of the site saying that its 100% recommended. 

 

Business center, Fitness center, Internet access, Pet friendly,  Restaurant(s), Self-service laundry, Smoke-free rooms

 

$107 Hot Rate Price. Listed for $199 on Hot.wire.

 

Have never been to the Crowne before in Seattle so this will be a great experience.

Two comments about Seattle as you've said you've never been:

1) after visiting Pike Place Market take a short detour to see the 'gum wall'

2) one of the great things about Seattle is Happy Hour. Many restaurants/bars have both an early and a late nite happy hour... with food specials. If you're willing to eat a little early (or a little late) you can usually put together some really great meals and an affordable price

3) if you have a car and are near Fremont, a quick stop to see the Fremont Troll is worthwhile (but not worth a special trip if not in the area)
