Priceline Hotel: Need help please to id hotel in Vancouver

Hi

Am looking at express deals in Vancouver near Stanley Park. Travel dates are 27 May to 1 June 2016.

A four star hotel is returned in the search results. Facilities are fitness centre, pet friendly, spa and business centre.

Does anybody know what hotel this is likely to be please? We are aiming for the Westin Bayshore.

Please post to the board in US Dollars as this keeps rates consistent and not subject to interpretation based upon future currency fluctuations (as well as makes it easier for us to locate the same hotel among the offers when replicating your search)

I'm not currently seeing this offer when searching PRICELINE EXPRESS for your dates... I am seeing a 4* hotel in the Downtown - Coal Harbor, Stanley Park, Convention Center zone for $179/nite (US) but the amenities are:

Pets Allowed, Restaurant, Free Internet, Business Center, Fitness Center

... my guess for this one would be the Executive Hotel Le Soleil

Is this the one you're seeing OR are you still seeing the amenity set in your first post with a Spa amenity listed?

Hi, I'm seeing the same result as you now without the spa facility. I wonder if the hotel in the PRICELINE EXPRESS deal has changed since yesterday. We're still holding out for the Westin. Is there anything in the amenity list or description that is unique to that hotel? Thanks for your help.

When i made my first post yesterday i didn't see this property either, as i did try to search for something similar as to what you described before asking for confirmation of the star rating and price.

We can likely ID the hotel if/when it's offered, but The Westin Bayshore has not yet been reported to the board thru PRICELINE EXPRESS so i can't say what distinctive characteristics it may (or may not) have, should it be offered. However, with so many 4* hotels in this zone, it's a tough game to choose the hotel you want and then hope it appears for your dates. The deep discounts usually received and reported to the board are for being flexible in your plans and the hotel you ultimately receive, and it's far easier to get a great deal if you're looking for a hotel at a good rate and not one in particular (when there are multiple in the zone at this star rating)
