4* Mag Mile-RN $73

-- Possible match for the Hotel Chicago

4* Downtown-MP-GP $77

-- If I go to BiddingHelper.com and search for these dates, then click "Hotwire Full View", when I click for the full list of amenities with this listing I'm seeing: Restaurant, Fitness, Smoke Free, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Wheelchair Accessible, Roll-in Shower

-- If this is what you're seeing as well I'd guess the Hyatt.

3.5* Mag Mile-RN $83.

-- I'd guess the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza

While I like to suggest lower prices, when you're already at the $83 point, I'm seeing a 4.5* in the Mag Mile-RN area w/Restaurant, Fitness, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Spa, Blind Accessible, Deaf Accessible, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Handicapped Parking, Roll-in Shower, Pet Friendly.

-- This would likely be the James and for about $12 bucks more, a very nice upgrade both in terms of hotel and location vs the potential Holiday Inn Mart Plaza.

Or there's a 4.5* Mag Mile N-WT for $96 w/Boutique, Restaurant, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet

-- Would likely be the Ivy.

In terms of cheap, I'd suggest the 3.5* Mag Mile N-WT for $55 w/Boutique, Restaurant, Fitness, Smoke Free, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf, Tennis, Spa, Blind Accessible, Deaf Accessible, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Handicapped Parking, Roll-in Shower, Pet Friendly.

-- Possible match for the Indigo. While at the top of the zone, great area plus Red Line station a couple of blocks away.

Out of what you mention, the potential Hyatt is centrally located. I wouldn't go for the Holiday Inn although that's not a bad hotel.

Personally, I'd either go cheaper with the potential Indigo or go slightly higher with the potential James or Ivy, which would be nice upgrades over the hotels you mention for not much more (especially not much more than the potential Holiday Inn.)
