My initial bid was 4.5 Star Historic District Penns Landing for $65 with no luck/ Added Rittenhouse Square and upped my bid to $70, no luck. I knew that Bellmawr didn't have any 4* or 4.5* so added that and went up to $72. Success! Would have preferred Penns Landing but I'm still happy with my success.
