parsnip Posted October 24, 2015 Report Posted October 24, 2015 4+ star was rejected at 120 and 140, so I lowered it to 4 star, and got The Westin in Rittenhouse Square, which was the only area we wanted to stay in. Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia, Nov 14-16, 120 a night, 4 stars
