That's the full list of amenities for the BiddingHelper.com. I think the amenities you listed may be from the 4.5*.  I keep trying to book the 4.5 star when the price lowers to $441, but it says the deal is gone. This has happened 12 times over the past 4 days. Very frustrating!

Do your search again thru Bidding.helper and in the EASY VIEW tab this is the amenity set i'm seeing (and the $592 price remains constant now):

As well, this offer has 2 reviews by previous HOTWIRE guests and very low ratings (on the 1-5 scale) for all the criteria that HOTWIRE asks previous guests to comment on... so probably best to stay away from this one.

HOWEVER, in the 'regular' HOTWIRE tab is a 4* hotel in this zone for $592/nite, which lowers to $441/nite when clicked, and has the following amenities (to see them all you will have to click this offer, click BOOK NOW on the following page, and then click the 'See more' link in the box on the right side of the page under 'ROOM TYPE' and the few amenities listed there):

I got too frustrated with Hotwire on the last search for the 4.5* resort.

Any ideas what resort this may be...

According to hotwire the last person got Gran Bahia Principe Coba. I really just want to be sure I'm avoiding the Bel Air Collection in Xpu Ha.  Thank you again.

I don't have enough insight into this property to take an educated guess, but i think you're safe in avoiding the Bel Air Collection in Xpu Ha.

This property showss a 4.5/5.0 TA rating (make sure it shows when you make your purchase) where as the current TA rating of the Xpu Ha Riviera Maya is below this at 4.0/5.0... you would have a good case with HOTWIRE should the hotel you receive have a TA rating less than 4.5 since the results would be a 'lesser' property than indicated by HOTWIRE.

After a lot of frustration with Hot.wire I was able to book Gran Bahia Principe Coba for the week of New Years. Seems like a decent price considering the time of year and prices on other sites. Thank you for all of your help!
