2. 3* Philadelphia (Mount Laurel area) $66, 10/30/15-10/31/15

   90% recommended, Free parking, Free breakfast, Free Internet, Pet friendly, Fitness center, Business center, Internet-access, Accessible path of travel, in-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking

 

3. 2.5* Philadelphia (Mount Laurel area) $60, 10/30/15-10/31/15

  70% recommended, Free parking, Free breakfaxt, Free internet, Free parking Self-service laundry.

3* Mt Laurel

-- A guess would be the La Quinta Mt Laurel with a new amenity set.

 

2.5* Mt Laurel 

-- Not yet ID'd/reported, but a guess may be the Comfort Inn and Suites Mt Laurel. That would be a guess though and it could certainly be somehing else.

 

Not seeing a 2.5* in the Old City-Penn's Landing zone when searching for these dates.

I'll use the HOTWIRE link above and update it when I purchase it on this Saturday. I'm willing to buy #1 in old town if my family can join my trip then, but #2 or 3 if for just myself. I can't decide it until talking with my family this weekend.

 

I believe the #1 (old city) could be Holiday inn Express Penn's Landing beause the priceline shows that this is the only one to match the amenity(free breakfast, free internet, business, fitness, accessbility), the area name, star(2.5), the number of trip advisor reviews(301-500), and the price(not accurately $176, but very close($180). But not so sure ...this is a great hotel to me at that price, though.

 

Anyway, I'll keep it posted.

1. I changed from the above options because I found the one at the better location(!!!- most important to me), higher star, better price and higher review rating. - this's closer to the city hall & convention ctr than the old town. No better than this to me for this trip!

 

2. So I purchased it right away through the HOTWIRE link above. And now I am so safisfied with the hotel below.

 

3* Philadelphia (Cener City East area), $94 - Hampton Inn Convention Center

- Amenity: free breakfast, free internet, pool, indoor pool, fitness, business, restaurant, self-laundry.

 

1 night, 1 room  $94.00

tax + fees   $25.25

hot money -$25.00 (credit in my account)

TOTAL      $94.25

 

The most of other sites including hilton show around $240-245/night.  And most other hotels in this areas are $230-300 at least. Saved more than $150+.

Congratulations on your success... great to see you found a great deal on a nice hotel that will work for your needs.

I believe there may have been more amenities than you listed in your post, which would not have been seen unless you clicked the 'See all' link during the check-out process.
