This 3* hotel has been under bidding 2.5* motels. The price listed on PRICELINE EXPRESS is $68, while the 2.5* place is listed at $71. Therefore, if complimentary breakfast is a must, PRICELINE EXPRESS is the only way to go. But I know my way to Lumber Jack Café, which offers excellent breakfast. The lowest rate (non-refundable) listed on the Holiday Inn web site is $117. I started bidding using the PRICELINE link.
