First time in betterbidding, first time in Priceline.

So, 9/27 - 10/1, New York, Times Square.

About the budget, let me know if it's reasonable- 200$-220$ for a 4* hotel?

Unfortunately, rates are seriously high for these dates. You are probably looking at at least $325-350+ for a 4* in Midtown.

I'm very familiar with the NYC-area... are you able to increase your budget OR would your next move be to consider areas outside of Manhattan and commute in each day?

If I increase my budget up to 320$-325$, will it be enough?

Really want to stay in Manhattan because I'm on a tight schedule

You can certainly try, but i think you're more likely looking at the $325-$350 for a 3.5* if you're willing to include Lower East Side and/or Downtown.

If you want to first try for a 4* let us know which zones (by PRICELINE name) are acceptable and we will suggest a strategy for you to follow. Since you're also short on time, also let us know your acceptable zones and maximum budget at the 3.5* level if you'd like a strategy for that as well (should your 4* bidding fail)
