This would likely be the W Lakeshore. As prices go in terms of what's North of the river, it's certainly cheaper than comparable hotels.

 

I see a 4.5* for $152 w/Restaurant, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry, Pet Friendly in the Mag Mile-RN area. That amenity set has been seen previously with the Westin River North.

 

If that is the Westin RN, I think that's a particularly nice Westin in a great location within easy walking distance of River North restaurants and nightlife.

 

Otherwise, if you are primarily looking for a place to sleep, the potential W's a good deal.
