Especially with the cheapest Hot.wire 4* Hot Rate at $216. Regular Price.line booking would have been $1,189.88. The Express had been fluctuating between $122-132 for the last few weeks, after being well over $160 the previous weeks. I got a glimmer of hope two days ago when the Express teased me with a $92, but "was taken" before I could click.... That day I bid at $95 hoping to get the deal, but no go. Was offered a counter at $124 matching the range of Express. Choose to pass and bid today at $108 and got the deal! The PRICELINE EXPRESS deal if I only selected 9/28-9/30 was at $212.
