Hotwire Hotel: 4* Downtown Portland -- Identification

My wife an I are currently booked at the Portland Hilton and Exec. Tower during the Portland Marathon, but are having trouble adding at our 207 marathon rate until Tuesday morning.  Looking at Hot.wire for 10/2-10/6 and found a 4*.  Trying to ID to ensure it is easily walkable to marathon start (Salmon & 4th) and a step up in comfort from the Hilton.

 

4* Downtown Portland 100% recommended, boutique, business center, fitness center, internet access, pet friendly, restaurant, accessible path of travel, in-room accessibility, accessible bathroom.

This would be a possible match for the Hotel DeLuxe, which looks to get very good reviews but is less convenient to the starting line than the Hilton.

Decided to stay with the official race hotel and just add a night at a higher rate.   That looks to be a good option, just not convenient enough.  Thank you!
