Hotwire Hotel: 5* Prague (Prague Castle - Observation Tower - Charles Bridge) Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Palace

Hot rate hotels shows original price is $405,and I have 76% off,get $99 before tax price.(Area:Prague Castle - Observation Tower - Charles Bridge area hotel)

Then I placed this order.After I paid,I was surprised at the hotel and rate.The hotel which they offered's price is $147 per night(not $405)

Then I mailed to cunstomer service,replied me as below reason which I've never seen at the website before:

We calculate the savings our hotel rates offer by comparing the hotel's published rate on other travel sites during your stay to the Hot Rate® Hotels offered on the Hotwire site.  Hotels offer varying rates to travel sites depending on the room type, dates booked, and reservation policies and so Hotwire compares Hot Rate® Hotels to the reservations that are as close as possible to the reservations offered on our site.

 

Accually,there's a big gap between $147 and $405.But they refused to cancel the order and said:now I've explain the price is the median price in that area.

Whether anyone could help?

The hotels's price on the hot rate page is $385.(When I paid the order showed $400+ per night and 76%off)

The hotel is Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Palace.

But according to the price/rate and amenities,I guess the hotel should be Mandarin Oriental.

I searched in hotwire,and Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Palace's per night is $132.

You can't link to search results like you did as the URL contains a session id which will make it not work on any computer other then your own, and will also expire in about 30 minutes (at which point it won't work on your own computer either)

Can you please add a reply to this thread with the amenities shown before your purchase... you can still view this information by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.
