I believe is Da VInci Villa, just because of Pool.

Given the 2.0/5.0 TA rating this would exclude the Da VInci Villa from the possibilities.

Is this the zone you want to stay in or were you attracted to this offer on account of the price? What other zone(s) are acceptable and what is your maximum budget (per nite before fees/taxes) for this trip?

I will add that although slightly more expensive, i'm seeing this 3.5* Financial District - Embarcadero (confirm your dates on the landing page) offer on PRICELINE EXPRESS for $220/nite with: Restaurant, Free Internet

My guess for this PRICELINE EXPRESS offer would be the Hotel Griffon which gets excellent reviews (as evidenced by the 9.0+ user review rating of this offer)

Exaclty because of the note I don't agree.

But I check all the hotels on this area and none there is fitness roo, business room and pool.

 

About your question, I want to spend max 190 per night, I will stay 3 nights starting on 10/01 to 10/04.

 

About the area can be near fishermans wharf marina district, financial, union square east

Searching PRICELINE EXPRESS there are no 3.5* offers at $190 or less... HOTWIRE only has the one above, although there is also this 3 star offer for $152/nite with:

Hi-Speed Internet

... my guess for this one would be the Executive Hotel Vintage Court Union Square, if this works for your needs.

Sorry about my answer, was confused.

 

I agree with you about saying that cannot be Da Vinci Villa because of score of Tripadvisor. But I could not find any other hotel in the same are, using the same amenities and with 3.5*. This is why I'm thinking if the score can be wrong. Or do you think is not possible?

 

I want 3* hotel, but can I be flexible if the hotel has good reviews.

I'd guess the 2* FW is possibly the Wharf Inn with a slightly different amenity set since it was last reported to the board.
