There are two large conventions taking place during these dates (45K and 26K attendees each)... if you want a 5* Casino hotel in the strip north zone you'll likely need to be closer to the $200 area (or the $175 area for the Strip South zone). What is your maximum budget per nite (before fees/taxes) for this trip?
