Priceline Hotel: Looking for NYC Soho/Tribeca Getaway

Looking to get away to NYC Sept 25-27, 4 adults, 2 rooms.  I understand the pope will be in NYC on the 25th, so that's going to make things more difficult.  No set budget but just looking for the best deal we could get on a 5* (or maybe 4.5*) place in Soho/Tribeca.  I'm new to Priceline/hotwire so i'm not sure how to figure it out yet.  We'd love to get a room for $300/night but that might be wishful thinking?

Tribeca Grand for $417/nite

Omni Berkshire for $390/nite

Royalton Hotel for $362/nite

Archer Hotel New York for $387/nite (ESB zone but very highly reviewed)
