I'm not certain of this 2.5* but a guess would be the Royal Oak Inn.

I went ahead and booked the Hot.wire hotel (using the links on this site). It was the Comfort Inn Toronto City Centre.

Glad to see it was something other then the Royal Oak Inn as it would not have been a very good value at the HOTWIRE price (given it could have been booked directly for less)
