Yes, I need to be near Elizabeth. I will have a car. My budget $70-80.

Neither has been ID'd/reported to the board. The 2.5* I'd guess perhaps is the Riviera Hotel (although I also wouldn't recommend a hotel with a 10% approval rating) and I'd guess the America's Best Value Inn for the 2*, but those are guesses.

Confirm your dates on the landing page, but on PRICELINE EXPRESS i'm seeing this 2.5* EWR hotel for $75 with Restaurant, Airport Shuttle, Free Internet, Fitness Center... best guess here would be the Ramada Plaza Hotel Newark International Airport, should this work for your needs.
