-- I'm not seeing this listing when searching.

-- I'd guess the Fairfield with a slightly different amenity set than it's been previously reported with.

-- I'd guess the Holiday Inn Anaheim

 

2.5* Disney North

--- I'd guess Ramada Maingate N

I also am looking at the 3.5* boutique hotel in Disney south.

And trying to find out what it is.

When I searched it today it was $80

I'm not currently seeing this property offered when searching HOTWIRE for your dates... are you still seeing the above on your own search? If so, are you searching HOTWIRE for more than one room or for more than the default 2adults/0children?

What exactly is it that you're looking for in a hotel for this trip?

Looking for a decent hotel near Disneyland around the price listed on the above deals walking distance to the parks and maybe with free parking since im still undecided if im going to rent a car or not to explore outside the Disneyland area
