gayle15 Posted August 12, 2015 Author Report Posted August 12, 2015 Hi Aaron, It is from 29th Dec to 5th Jan. Many ThanksGayle
thereuare Posted August 12, 2015 Report Posted August 12, 2015 The Trump would be my best guess for this PRICELINE EXPRESS offer. Note that this property is located slightly off-strip and does not have a casino (in case either are important to you) Does this work for your plans this trip? If not, what is your maximum budget per nite (in US Dollars before taxes/fees)? Is SPLITTING YOUR PRICELINE BID an option? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. gayle15 Posted August 12, 2015 Author Report Posted August 12, 2015 Hi, Thank you for checking, this is not really what we are looking for, we would prefer to stay on strip at a 5 star; the venetian, the wynn, vdara, cosmo etc. Looking around $200 a night max for the stay before tax and resort fee, just one hotel for the whole stay if possible- any suggestions? There is actually 10 people going so we are effectively looking for 3 rooms between the 10 of us to share. Many ThanksGayle
thereuare Posted August 12, 2015 Report Posted August 12, 2015 Few issues/points to cover: PRICELINE only guarantees double occupancy, after that it's at the discretion of the hotel, and you could receive a room with only one bed. While you can call the hotel you win and request a room with two beds, the hotel may not be able, or willing, to honor your request. If this is not a risk you're willing to accept, HOTWIRE would still be an option as they allow you to search for up to quad occupancy and ensure sleeping accommodations for everyone you include in your search (although this usually means two beds, the second 'bed' could be a sofabed, rollaway, etc) PRICELINE EXPRESS has that i believe to be the Aria (slight chance of the Cosmpolitan) for $205/nite Let's start with your thoughts on the occupancy issue and we'll take it from there as that is what will determine your options and ability to stay within budget or not.
