I ended up getting the 3* in Scotts Valley Area and it indeed was the Best Western Plus in Scotts Valley(and used the PRICELINE link). This worked out because my family is staying at the nearby Hilton so I can stay by at a more affordable price. Thanks for your help an allowing my to make a more informed decision.
