I repeated the search for 1 adult with BiddingHelper.com.

 

The hotel 1 and 3 were not shown in biddinghelper but only hotel 1 was shown in HOTWIRE with no amenities.

 

There was a new hotel found

As per the Hotwire Hotel List, the Theatre Residence Apartments has previously been seen with this amenity set, so that would be my best guess for this one (although can never be too certain with such a limited number of amenities associated with a given hotel)

For the 2nd property my guess would be the EA Hotel Manes.

My decision went to Archibald City Hotel for 47$/night for 26-29 Oct 2015.

 

Full amenities are free breakfast, free internet, pet friendly, internet access.

 

Hope it would be good as 100% recommended.
