I thought it might be the Sheraton but others have posted the Sheraton as 4* ??

As per the Hotwire Hotel List (which has the most updated star rating and amenity sets), the last report we have is that the Sheraton is rated 4.5* by HOTWIRE and that would also be my guess for this property.

New one came up for $97. !  4.5**  French Quarter/Bourbon Street  with 90% recommended .. regular price of $329..

 

Looks like the Sheraton again ??

This is the same property/description as in your original post... best guess would continue to be the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.
