I can see it when I replicate your search.

 

I'm sorry to say that a 4* property with this amenity combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

 

But a guess would be Fitzpatrick Hotel.

 

I would also like to add that this property is top rated so I don't believe that you would have any problem when it comes to quality.
