bzg1234 Posted August 3, 2015 Report Posted August 3, 2015 Just tried for a 4 star hotel in Boston with bids ranging from $140 - $195 and couldn't get anything. Added a variety of 4 star areas and other areas to allow rebids. Any suggestions? Copley $140+ Watertown $145+Cambridge $150+South Boston $155+Saugus $160+Quincy $165+Newtown West $170+Medford $175+Jamaica Plain $180+Dorchester $184+Brookline $190+Beacon Hill $195
yellowdog Posted August 3, 2015 Report Posted August 3, 2015 If you are just looking for the cheapest 4* i think Cambridge - Harvard would be your best bet. I would try another $10-$15 in $2 steps for this zone. Or would you like to have help with a more specific strategy? If Copley Square is your main goal would my guess be that it takes $260-$275 for a 4* property. If you would like to get help with a bidding strategy so please post your max budget/night before tax/fees, zone(s) you're willing to stay in and the star rating for the hotel. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know how we can help you further with your stay. Yellowdog.
