Started bidding for 3* Downtown Phoenix at $50. Rejected, added areas selectively up to $70 when I was accepted downtown ($66 was rejected). Got the Hyatt downtown anyway. Thankfully Phoenix has a lot of Priceline areas which don't seem to have any 3* hotels (carefree, West Phoenix, etc.
