Hotwire Hotel: 4*+ Hotel in Boston

Hello,

 

I've been looking at both Hotwire and Priceline for a while now and can't seem to find "reasonable" prices for my upcoming trip. My dates are 8/5 - 8/7. The areas I'm interested in are:

 

Downtown Boston

Couple Place - Back Bay

Beacon Hill

Boston Common

 

Hotwire currently shows a 41/2* hotel in downtown Boston for $257 per night. I'm wondering if this is the Ames Hotel or Onyx? Several nights ago the Taj Boston was on sale for $208! I regret that I didn't book it then.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
