Priceline Hotel: Help identifying a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal hotel

We are looking at staying in Washington DC from Saturday, August 29 to Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015.

 

The following 3 star hotel for $105 has appeared for several days and I am wondering if you have any guesses as to what hotel this might be:

 

Convention Center - US Capitol North Area Hotel     Guest Rating: 8+
Bed choice available

Features: Business Center, Free Breakfast, Indoor/Outdoor pool

 

Also, this one doesn't mention free internet, so do you think that means that internet is available but for an additional charge?  

 

We are doing all the usually tourist things in Washington.  If I were going to bid on a 3 or 4 star hotel, what do you think my starting bid should be?

   I was looking at two more express deals:(my dates are the same - Saturday August 29 - Wednesday Sept. 2. I would like to get a hotel relative close to the tourist attractions with a free breakfast.
