morganknows
$119 per night 67% off, regularly $359. I realize the price does not necessarily reflect the specific hotel. However, Tripadvisor has the Springhill Suites at $359 a night. No other hotels (other than Disney) are even close to that price. yellowdog
You have a current Hotwire Anaheim thread regarding 9/17-9/22 . Have your dates changed or are your exact dates not confirmed yet? Note that the crossed out rate is an average price of hotels of this star rating in the zone for your dates, and should not be taken in to consideration when it comes to ID a property. morganknows
My dates are in stone, October 28th for five nights. Property has a 100% recommendation. Link to comment
thereuare
So to confirm your dates are 10/28-11/2? Unfortunately i don't have any insight for this one, but if you do decide to go for it, i would do so based upon the 100% recommendation from previous HOTWIRE guests more so than the savings shown by HOTWIRE, as the implied retail price can't necessarily be relied upon. Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay. morganknows
Happy to report my reservation at the Ayres Hotel Orange. After reading through the recommendations on Hotwire, I became certain it was this hotel. One reviewer in particular said he "liked the leather couch" in the room. Ayres Hotel Orange is rated number one in hotels of Orange on Tripadvisor, and all complaints seemed (to me) frivolous. The choice over the ALO was an easy one. Almost everyone suggests to spend the extra money and get the Ayres Hotel. We did, we are happy. and we are looking forward to our time at this facility.
