(this one doesn't show up in biddinghelper but shows up on hotwire website)

100% recommended

Reviews for both of those hotels are mixed. I don't feel like booking any of them.

 

Most likely, I will book BEST WESTERN PREMIER Harmonie Vienna for $118 /night.
