Now my last city to book is Washington DC.

I just saw a Priceline Express Deal at Downtown, a 4* hotel (8+) with the following amenities:

 

Free Internet 

Swimming Pool 

Pets Allowed 

Fitness Center 

Restaurant 

Business Center

 

$112/night (46% discount) including free internet. 

 

Is that The Donavan?

Should I try bidding in the region intead of express deal?

I wanted to get the Donavan but I first tried bidding around $70-$80 for a 4 star hotel. I ended up getting this one, that I hope the location is good. 

The price was excelentt.
