I'm trying to get a hotel as close to 300 W 43rd St (8th Ave & 43rd St) with 4* or more for as little as possible. It looks like I could get ROW NYC for $170 +$27 ($1589) through PRICELINE EXPRESS. Is there a way to target this hotel(or something else) through bidding to get a lower price? I love the proximity, but would like to try and shave some more off the price. Thank you for your help!! There's one left at that $199 rate.
