Priceline is showing PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for 4* N. Mich. Ave.-River North for $112.  This seems like a great deal, but am a little nervous because 3.5* for this area is $148 for express deal.  Seen where some others have gotten Sheraton in this area of town.  Just curious if you had any ideas as to why the price for this express deal is lower than the 3.5*.  Thanks!

Please confirm the date/s of travel as well as the amenities showing with this listing and we would be happy to take a look and try to ID the above listing.

It's not definitely not unusual for a higher star rating hotel to be cheaper than lower star rated hotels.

The amenities are common to just about every hotel at this star rating in the zone. However, given the star rating and guest rating/price, I'd guess the Allerton.

If you are interested in the Allerton, I'm seeing it for $106 (you may see a slightly different price) on Hot.wire. w/SUMMER10 coupon code, down to $96. If the Allerton is of interest, let me know and I would be happy to point out which listing is which on Hot.wire.
