First tried bidding 3.5* for Oxmoor area, used Gardendale, Irondale, and Pelham as rebid zones.  

Bidded in $5 increments starting at $50 to $80 and no go.

 

Next tried 3* same rebid zones

Bidded in $5 increments starting at $40, at $55 got message requesting me to up bid by $17.  

Then bid, $57, and won on $60.

 

It looks like a nice place for a good price.
