The 'guaranteed amenities' shown by PRICELINE on the name your own price side of their service are amenities that are offered at every property in the zone at that star rating... not a specific property that you would be bidding on.

There are numerous condo properties in this zone at the 3.5* level (and apparently no hotels) which is why PRICELINE is able to show the Condo symbol for this zone and star rating combination.

Do you need to be in this zone and/or do you need a condo for this stay? Is there something in particular that you're looking for in this stay? What is your budget for this trip? (per nite before fees/taxes)

I would like a condo

don't necesarily have to be in that zone/star

I would like to spend around $60 a night if thats possible

See my comments above... the amenities shown on the bidding side of PRICELINE are amenities that are available at every hotel in the zone, not a specific hotel that you're bidding for, so it's impossible to know which one it is that you may receive.

If you're trying to have a guess as to the property you may receive prior to your purchase, the PRICELINE EXPRESS or HOTWIRE would be a better option as the descriptions provided thru each of these services is for a specific property that you would be purchasing.
