Looking at a few options.

Maybe the Monaco has earned another half star?

 

(3) Rittenhouse $77 4*

(4) Rittenhouse $122 4.5*

The main purpose of the trip is to be in the Franklin Square area, so Old City is a slightly better location, but the extra walk isn't too big a deal.

Also, the night of the 5th looks substantially cheaper, wondering if I'd save much of anything by splitting.

The 4* was the Club Quarters, bumped up from 3.5*. I thought it was the Westin, but this will be fine. It was clearly the best value on the board, so I just decided to grab it to be sure I didn't lose it.

Free internet and some other conveniences compensate for maybe a slightly less upscale hotel.
