Got the Encore. The blue teaser flag ("the last person got..." ) also showed the Encore.

It's meaningless... so why look for it?

The "Last person got ___" information is relative to the last person who bought a hotel at this star rating in the zone, not in relation to the specific hotel currently being offered.
