Even if something else, I'm seeing a 4.5/5 tripadvisor rating on the detail page so this property does get great reviews. I'll also note that I see what appears to be the Public Hotel for $109 - not as central a location, but convenient to transit and cheaper (plenty of breakfast options nearby.) Would this be of interest? I'm also seeing a few 4.5* options around the same price as this listing. Please keep us updated on what you decide and let us know if you have additional questions. The Springhill Suites in the same building as the Residence would be another possibility, although I'd be a little surprised.
