Help please. Whats the best guess for the following PRICELINE EXPRESS deal?

• Paris, Champs Elysees - Arc de Triomphe area.
• Star level: 4*
• Price: 88 (plus taxes)
• Guest rating 8+
• Amenities: Pets allowed, free internet, bed choice available. (there are a few choinces and the highest price is $132 with "garden view")

If the guest rating was 7+ I would think it may be the Hyatt Regency Etoile, but since its 8+ I cannot make an educated guess.

Thanks for the advice.

After a few days of bidding, as I was only re-bidding in two additional zones, I finally came through with this win.

Even though the rating is 7.2/10, and tripadvisor has it around #700 of 1700 hotels, I am pleased with the location.

 

Total with taxes for 4 nights was USD 480
