This is likely the Hotel Indigo in the Gold Coast. Really nice hotel, terrific area right by Michigan Ave. There is a Red Line station literally two blocks away at Clark/Division. Take that downtown, transfer at Lake to Blue Line station (can walk through.)

With your stay just about 10 days away, what is your gameplan... or are you canceling this trip?

Are you searching for more than 2 adults and in USD$? I'm still seeing this in the Mag Mile North-Water Tower zone, but now for $106. I also see what appears to be the Allerton slightly over your budget at $121, but the Indigo for $106 would be a much better result.

 

Edited to add: I'm seeing a 3.5* on PRICELINE EXPRESS for $107 w/Pets Allowed, Restaurant, Free Internet, Business Center, Fitness Center (in the River North-NMA area.) My guess for this would be the Indigo, too - so if you're not seeing it on Hot.wire, this PRICELINE EXPRESS listing would be another possibility.
