First of all, thank you the team here 

 

Focused on Downtown Toronto Southwest - Entertainment & Financial Districts, but don't mind Downtown Toronto Southeast - Union Station & St Lawrence and Downtown Toronto North - Yorkville. So I have lots of rebid zones to work with. Way too many permutations. 

 

Started off at $65, and went up sporadically (because it's just one of those days), then 70, 75, 77, 80, 81, 85; at 90 which I got the counter offer, so I decreased my bids to increments of 2, and 92. On my 10th bid at $94, it got accepted.

 

 

After taxes and surcharges, all in came to $117.53 USD.

 

Definitely an excel sheet helps with the rebid zones, and keeping track of the bids.

 

Of course, all bids were done using PRICELINE
