I did so at $50 a night a few days ago (for strip locations only) and was not successful. I'm pondering staying east or west of the strip as long as we arent to far away. BTW I am traveling with my boyfriend.. we're just going for some R&R and sightseeing. We've both been to Vegas before. Any suggestions on what star rating just off the strip (but not freemont) may work for us? I was looking at Rumor, Palms, Hooters and Rio maybe? Not sure.. I'm willing to go up a few bucks as well.. Maybe $60 or $70 a night.. Dj

davinj1984 Posted June 20, 2015 Author Report Posted June 20, 2015 I had a 4 star rating then a 3 star rating for both North/south strip on Priceline. I am not opposed to staying east or west of the strip as long as I'm not too far away from all the action.
AaronJB Posted June 20, 2015 Report Posted June 20, 2015 $50 is not going to be enough for these dates for a 4* in North/South, but I'm seeing a 4* for $84 in Strip North on Hot.wire w/Resort, Casino, Restaurant, Pool, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf.-- This is likely the SLS.While $50 is not going to be enough, I think $65-75 may be. If not, there is the Hot.wire listing @$84 - while over budget, it is an option if that price is acceptable. Can you please run a new search and confirm that you still can see this hotel on your search. I see a few that might be okay west of the strip..3 star $61 a night, casino fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center, Internet.. Any idea what this could be? OR$58 3 Star east of strip area resort, free parking, resort, pet friendly, suite, fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center, Internet access?

davinj1984 Posted July 3, 2015 Author Report Posted July 3, 2015 So I ended up winning a 3.5 star convention center hotel! Just a couple blocks from the strip & on the monorail line! It was the Westgate Las Vegas. Total price was $116 for 3 nights! ($33 a night.. Thanks!
