When searching for 1 rooms/two people during Mar 12 and Mar 16 , I currently show a 2* in this zone with Kitchenette and Laundry for $31/nite.

need help to identify the hotel.

These amentieis are more frequently associated with the Homestead brand hotels... if not that exact brand, then it is almost certainly some other 'extended stay' type property (Extdended StayAmerica, Homewood, etc)

I think in these areas you could do significantly better for just a few more dollars and this could have been bid a bit more strategically.
