Good evening all.

Group of 6 guys (myself included) going on a weekend bachelor party trip to vegas arriving 11/5/15 and leaving 11/8/15.

Come to find out there is a massive automotive expo ending 11/6/15 so hotels are considerably more expensive than normal.

Poor planning on our part, but the dates are set.

Wondering if someone can help me ID a hotel on hotwire for those dates.

1) 4-star center strip hotel with 85% rec for $128 per night

(Should note hotwire keeps changing dates to 11/4/15-11/7/15)

The same deal shows $129 per night on the biddinghelper easy view tab (with correct dates)

FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Casino, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Golf nearby, Spa services, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower

Thanks very much for your help!

Welcome to BetterBidding!

Group of 6 guys (myself included)

How many rooms did you search for?

Do you need 2 rooms/3 guest each or 3 rooms/2 guest each? The result can be different if you change the search parameters.

I did a search for 2 rooms/3 adults each and got the same amenities and price.

Best guess would be Westin Casuarina.

Thanks for your reply yellowdog!

I was searching for 2 rooms/6 adults so 3 adults each room.

It sounds like your search probably used the same parameters as mine.

Hmm, the Westin is a hotel I'm not very familiar with.

It seems to get decent reviews though - is it viewed favorably by most on this forum?

There is another property I'm curious about for the same dates and room/guest selection.

5-star center strip boutique hotel 90% recommended

Comes up at $207/night on hotwire and $205/night through easy view tab. (not a phenomenal deal but not bad depending on hotel)

FULL AMENITIES: Free parking, Boutique hotel, Casino, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Spa services, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Wheelchair accessible, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower

Any guess on this one? I don't know which accommodations in the area are considered boutique.

Thanks again for your help!

The Westin is not the best option for Vegas, especially for a bachelor party, imo... it's slightly off-strip and 'just' a hotel with a casino, no theme or any of the glitz that makes Las Vegas what it is.

The 5* HOTWIRE offer above matches previous reports for the Cosmopolitan and would be a much better choice than the Westin.
