Hotwire Hotel: Please Help ID Stockholm Hotel

I tried up to $125 for a Priceline 5* with no luck, so I am now looking at Hotwire.  (Used your links for both.)  I find one 5* with these amenities for July 30-Aug 2, 2015 in Gamla Stan area.

    Internet access
    Accessible path of travel
    In-room accessibility
    Accessible bathroom
    Roll-in shower

 

They want $133 for one person, $186 for two.  Unfortunately there are no Trip Advisor ratings, nor HW customer ratings. 

 

EVERY TIME I clicked on a hotel in Stockholm, the rate had gone up by a few dollars.  Without fail.  Something fishy????

The Radisson Blu Strand Hotel, Stockholm would be a guess but i'm not certain.

Do you need single or double occupancy for this stay?
