Priceline Hotel: 3.5* DC (Crystal City) Radisson Hotel Reagan National Airport

We are planning a trip to Washington DC 10/7/2015 - 10/13/2015

 

I have tried up $91 for a 3.5* for the following areas using rebids:

Downtown

Downtown White House

Dupont Circle

Convention Center

Capitol Hill

Crystal City

 

Looking at the history on this site, it looks like $91 should have won something, but no such luck.

 

Looking for some help.

Rates vary - often significantly - from day-to-day. Unless you are looking at the same dates as another poster, rates are not an indicator of what may be required for your dates.

 

What would be your desired budget per night for this stay?

Rates are date specific, so you won't necessarily always be able to replicate another user's win if rates for your dates are higher than when others have won for less. DC is a very event driven hotel market, so if there are any conferences, rallies, or political events taking place during your stay it can often cause a sharp spike in hotel rates.

If you search our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your dates (then filter to show only 3.5* and higher rated hotels) you'll see that most 3.5* and higher rated hotels in the zones(s) you're bidding are well into the $250+ range (only a few are less than $200/nite)

With the above noted, i don't think you're too far off, and at the moment you're likely looking at $95-$105 to be successful for a 3.5* in the zones above... are you willing to increase your bid price at this point in time?
